Can I get into top 200 in 2010??

Will I be able to get my rankings into the top 200 in this coming year 2010?

This year is the year??? Can I double my position with UK Athletics at long distance and go from ranked 530 for 2009 to top 200 in 2010?

I am getting ready for the last race of 2009 which is the Bedford Half Marathon on the 13th Dec. I have no targets, just to enjoy.
